New Birds

Was out at my ranch this weekend, and it looks like we finally have some quail! Kept hearing them, and thought no way this is true. Walked down the fence row a little bit with my dog. Dog got on the scent and flushed 2 coveys up. Then walked some more and heard several others. Pretty neat. Guess they had a good hatch. Maybe they will hang around till quail season, and if so I may have to try it. Will be fun if they make it that long out there.
